  • 30 KB Sumo Deadlift High Pulls @32/24 Kg. (2/1.5 pood)
  • 40 V Sit-Ups

WEIGHT TRAINING:
  • Deadlifts 5x6 @130 Kg.
  • Strict Pull-Ups 4x10
  • Pulldown al cavo 4x10 @50 Kg.
  • Back Squats 4x8 @90 Kg.
  • Clean & Press 4x6 @50 Kg.
