WOD:

  • 20 Ball Slams @15/10 Kg. (35/22 lbs.)
  • 15 Over Head Squats with Ball @15/10 Kg. (35/22 lbs.)
  • 10 Pull-Ups/Ring Rows
  • 5 Burpees on the Plate
