WARM UP:

  • 1' Rope Jumps
  • 1' Sit-Ups
  • 1' Air Squats

WOD:
750 m. ROW THEN
    3 rounds of:
    • 15 Dips (Push-Ups x2)
    • 15 Toes To Bars
    • 15 KB Sumo Deadlift High Pulls @32/24 Kg. (2/1.5 pood)
    • 15 Front Squats @50/30 Kg. (110/65 lbs.)
    • 15 Burpees
    THEN 750 m. ROW

    CASH OUT:
    5 rounds of:
    • 1' Sit-Ups
    • 1' Reverse Sit-Ups
    • 1' Plank
