  • 5 Thrusters @50/35 Kg. (110/80 lbs.)
  • 10 Pull-Ups
  • 15 KB Sumo Deadlift High Pulls @36/24 Kg. (2.25/1.5 pood)
  • 20 Sit-Ups
THEN (NO REST)

50-40-30-20-10 reps of:
  • Push-Ups
  • Double Unders (x3 Singles)
