  • 15 Push-Ups
  • 10 Pull-Ups

WOD:
  • EMOM 5' of:
    • 8 Burpees
  • THEN 4 rounds of:
    • 5 Deadlifts
    • 10 Pull-Ups
    • 15 Toes To Bars
  • THEN
    • 50 Double Unders (x3 Singles)

CASH OUT:
3 rounds of:
  • 1' Sit-Ups
  • 1' Reverse Sit-Ups
  • 1' Plank
