  • 15 Ball Slams @15/10 Kg. (33/22 lbs.)
  • 20 Sit-Ups
  • 25 Double Unders (x3 Singles)

WEIGHT TRAINING:
  • Back Squats 4x8 @90 Kg.
  • Deadlifts 4x6 @130 Kg.
  • Strict Pull-Ups 5x8
