WOD:
5 rounds of:
  • 10 Front Squats @50/35 Kg. (110/80 lbs.)
  • 20 Toes To Bars
  • 30 Push-Ups
  • 40 Double Unders (x2 Singles)

WEIGHT TRAINING:
  • Strict Pull-Ups 5x8
  • Back Squats 4x8 @90 Kg.
  • Deadlifts 4x6 @130 Kg.
