WARM UP:

  • 20 Air Squats

WOD:
3 rounds of:
  • 10 Deadlifts @100/65 Kg. (220/145 lbs.)
  • 20 OH Lunges with plate @20/15 Kg. (45/33 lbs.)
  • 30 Toes To Bars
  • 40 Box Jumps @60/50 cm. (24/20 in.)
  • 50 Double Unders

CASH OUT:

  • 1' Sit-Ups
  • 1' Reverse Sit-Ups
  • 1' Plank
